Through our provider, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Illinois, our employees are encouraged to use the free 24-hour nurse hotline and convenient online tools including: provider finder, cost-comparison tools, health assessments and advice. Employees can also save money and take advantage of our free mail-order generic prescription program. To help keep our employees healthy, preventive care and wellness programs are key components of all of our plans.
Employees are eligible for immediate enrollment into our company-sponsored 401(k) retirement plan, managed through Merrill Lynch. Both pre-tax and Roth contributions are available, allowing our employees to choose a plan that best suits their financial needs. Employees contribute to their account through payroll deductions.
ATS provides life insurance two times the employee’s annual salary and basic coverage for the employee’s spouse and children. Employees have the option to purchase affordable supplemental life insurance through our provider, Guardian. ATS also provides both short-term and long-term disability coverage as well as optional (employee-paid) accident and critical illness insurance. All provided to give our employees peace of mind.
