As Chief Operating Officer at Advanced Technology Services (ATS), Mike Waltrip leads the strategy and execution in driving operational excellence, streamlined processes, optimized business initiatives, and exceeded customer expectations. With over two decades of experience in the manufacturing industry, he has a proven track record of fostering cross-functional collaboration, building high-performance teams, and delivering sustainable growth.
Waltrip began his career in 1997 at Heritage Environmental Services, where he served as Operations Manager. Five years later, he joined Eaton Hydraulics. In 2007, Waltrip received a Master of Business Administration from Harding University and began his career at Advanced Technology Services. After various leadership roles and achievements within ATS, he was promoted from Vice President of Operations and Strategy to Chief Operating Officer in 2023.
